Who can refer?
We're using the power of community to help grow our team! Anyone can submit a referral to the Program, as long as you've got a keen eye for talent.
What is the reward?
- Staff vacancies: When the candidate secures a role and serves one month of continuous service, you will receive a $100 eftpos gift card. Once they've been passed their probation period, you'll receive an additional $150 in eftpos gift cards!
- GTO vacancies (apprenticeships and traineeships): When the candidate secures a role and passes their probation period (two months for a traineeship or three months for an apprenticeship), the referrer will receive a $100 voucher as a token of HVTC’s appreciation.
