HVTC Celebrates 40 Years
In 2021, HVTC celebrated 40 years of operation. Since the company's formation in June 1981, HVTC has provided skills training and employment opportunities to over 30,000 people across NSW, and continues to be a leader in the skilling of Australia.
A lot has happened over the past four decades that has led to HVTC becoming one of Australia's largest Group Training Organisations. But it all started with just two people. From humble beginnings with just two employees - Kay Sharp AM and the late Hon. Milton Morris AO.
We thank all of our past and present apprentices, trainees, Host Employers, and staff for your contributions to HVTC's growth and success over the past 40 years.
Our staff and Board of Directors held celebrations in June to commemorate our 40th anniversary, while HVTC Field Officers visited some of our Host Employers and apprentices & trainees bearing gifts! Pictures of these celebrations are below.
